At MBC, co-op students aren’t limited to watching from the sidelines. You’ll have opportunities to see how complex construction projects are planned, coordinated and completed while gaining practical experience alongside our project teams.

Learn Heavy Civil Construction From the Ground Up
Miller Bros. Construction has been building infrastructure since 1945. As a heavy civil contractor serving public and private sectors, MBC gives college students exposure to the people, equipment and processes behind large-scale construction projects.
MBC is licensed in 12 states and owns more than 600 pieces of equipment, giving co-op students the opportunity to experience the scope and complexity of the heavy civil construction industry firsthand.
A co-op isn’t just a summer job. It’s an opportunity to discover what part of the construction industry interests you and begin developing the skills to pursue it.
Where Can a Construction Co-Op Take You?
Your MBC experience can be the beginning of a much longer career path. For college graduates, Project Coordinator/Project Engineer is MBC’s primary entry-level position. Employees in this role split their time between the field and office, work directly with experienced Project Managers and gain exposure to both project planning and field operations.
From there, your career can take different directions based on your skills, interests and goals.
