LOCATED IN PERRYSBURG,OH
- 700,281 sf building footprint, 85’ tall
- Installed approximately an 8-acre laydown yard
- Installed approximately 14,142 LF of storm sewer; 74 storm structures; 2,678 lf of sanitary sewer; and 102,000 tons of aggregate base
- Filled approximately 23,000 cy of site cut and stripped around 81,000 cy of topsoil
- Cement stabilization for roughly 70,000 SY on the building pad
- Drilled and installed nearly 3,000 geo-piers
- Performed all foundation excavation and column excavation for the entire building
