You’ll be exposed to real projects, collaborate with our teams, and gain experience that supplements your college coursework. This is a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where initiative and curiosity are encouraged—and where your growth is the focus.
Responsibilities:
- Shadow Project Managers and Superintendents in the office and/or field
- Support submittal reviews and correspondence
- Assist with time and material tracking
- Participate in schedule review and project planning discussions
- Draft and track Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Contribute to estimating and quantity takeoffs
- Help with change order development
- Verify material deliveries and maintain inventory records
- Document project progress in the field
- Assist with project closeout documentation
Education:
Minimum of 1 year of college credits in one of the following areas:
- Construction Management
- Construction Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Related Field or Experience
